Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I get more information on a product?
Please email us at customerservice@drafthorseclothing.com to ask about specific products.  We love our Customer Care Representatives and they can answer most questions and take your order by phone.  Emailing our experts is the quickest way to get the best answers about the technical stuff.
  • How can I redeem my Discount Coupon?
Enter your Discount Coupon Code in the "Redemption Code" field on the Check Out page or our website.  Discounts will automatically be applied to your order.  If you experience trouble, please email us at customerservice@drafthorseclothing.com.
  • What is the status of my order?
For security reasons, Customer Care Representatives do not have access to order status information or customer account information.  If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email or an Order Tracking email from Customer Service, please email us at customerservice@drafthorseclothing.com.
  • What is the status of my refund?
Customer Care Representatives do not have the ability to process refunds or gain access to your customer account information.  We try to process exchanges and refunds within 14 days of the time we receive them.  Please allow at least (1) billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.  If you have not received a Refund Confirmation email, please email us at customerservice@drafthorseclothing.com.
  • I need to exchange or return something.  Where should I send it?

  • Is my credit card information retained?
No.  Our encrypted Shopping Cart Program retains credit card information for only 7 days for our customers' convenience.  Occasionally, our customers like to expedite shipping or change or add to orders they've placed.   We do not retain credit card information after 7 days for security reasons.
  • What is an "AVS Mismatch Error"?
When you enter your credit card information in the Check Out portion of our Shopping Cart, it is encrypted and routed through a software program that checks your information against what your credit card issuing bank has on file.  We have set our Shopping Cart security settings "High" to protect against fraud.  If your credit card issuing bank has different information on file than what you've entered into our shopping cart, your bank will decline your transaction.  Typically, this happens when customers use a shipping address that is different from their billing address, or if they have recently moved and their bank has an old mailing address on file.
  • Where is your store located?

    • Draft Horse Clothing Co. is an online retailer of Men's Big and Tall clothing located on the web at www.drafthorseclothing.com .  Our warehouse and distribution center is located in Shawnee, KS which is a suburb of Kansas City, KS.  Draft Horse Clothing Co. has plans to open its first retail store very soon.

  • Do you have catalogs?

    • At this time, Draft Horse Clothing Co. does not have a catalog available for mailing.  We are currently working on a catalog but our Big and Tall clothing inventory is growing so quickly that we have not been able to design a catalog. We are creating a list, however, of customers who want to be included on a catalog mailing list.  So please send us your mailing address if you are interested.

  • Why the name "Draft Horse"?

    • The name Draft Horse Clothing Co. was inspired by the different breeds of Draft Horses, the largest of all horses.  For centuries, people have relied on Draft Horses.  Draft Horses are described as being mild-mannered creatures with pleasant dispositions that are happiest when they are working.  Draft Horses even occupy a noble place in history as they were the only class of horses strong enough to carry a knight wearing full armor at tournament or into battle.

  • Do you ship to countries outside the U.S.?

    • Yes!  Draft Horse Clothing Co. is quite happy to ship items to our friends abroad.  Please visit our Shipping page for more information on International Shipping.

  • Will you be offering Women's Big and Tall clothing?

    • At this time, we regret that Draft Horse Clothing Co. does not offer women's clothing.  Draft Horse Clothing Co. has not ruled out the possibility, but finding modern clothing for Big and Tall men is enough of a challenge.
