New Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction with Draft Horse Clothing Co. is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the Big and Tall clothing you receive from Draft Horse Clothing Co. you are welcome to return it to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We respectfully ask that exchanges and returns be sent back to us within 60 days.  MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.

All manufacturers' original tags and tickets must still be attached to clothing. Your returned merchandise must also be in "new", "un-washed", and "un-worn" condition in order to honor your request.  MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT MANUFACTURER TAGS STILL ATTACHED WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Please include your original packing slip or invoice and note whether you prefer a refund or exchange.  If exchanging, indicate your new size or style.

We regret that original, outbound shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Exchanged merchandise will be sent back to you with no additional shipping fees. Please allow 7-14 business days to process you return or exchange.

International Customers

Please make your selections carefully. We regret that we cannot provide return shipping. If you would like more information about an item, please contact us.

All International Credit Card Billing Addresses and Cardholder Information will be verified before orders are shipped!

Damaged Merchandise

Occasionally merchandise may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, please contact us immediately by phone or email to arrange for your items to be picked up by FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service and sent back to us for replacement. Additionally, we inspect each garment before it is shipped. If you suspect a manufacturer's defect in the merchandise you receive, please contact us by phone or email to arrange for replacement.

We only ask for your personal information to make your shopping experience more efficient. Personal information may include clothing sizes, contact information, billing address, and shipping address to name a few.
